Rylee went to a friend's birthday party from preschool and Cinderella was the special guest!
One of the games was "The Bean-Bag Dance" and for some reason Rylee decided to put the bean bag between her legs when the song tells you to put it on your shoulder =)
Since Clint has been working the graveyard shift he needs to sleep during the day so the house needs to be somewhat quiet. So Rylee and I tried killing some time before naptime by going to three different grocery stores..which I thought would be tiring but apparently only was to me. She wanted to watch a movie quietly before her nap. But once I got the tv going, I turn around to see her on the floor with blankets, pillows, an easter basket, Barney, her baby, sunglasses on, and other random stuff. I asked her "what's going on here?" her response to me was "no thank you, i don't need to take a nap, I'll just be quiet."
While the two of them were outside, I was putting a new bookshelf together in the house. Rylee took a bath and then this is what happened when she got out-she wanted to play in the packaging that the bookshelf came in...she thought it was a beautiful skirt!
This is a picture of a place on the side of the road on our drive up to Big Sur. We left at 4 am and I guess I just couldn't keep my eyes open for a picture. The drive up was so amazingly beautiful!
This is Clint just about an hour or two after he put our breakfast burritos under the hood of the car to heat them up while we drove..thanks Clint, you make the best breakfast ever!
This is our campsite at Big Sur where we hiked in about 1/4 of a mile to camp...it started raining in the middle of the night and our tent leaked, it was pretty cold and pretty worth it =)
